48 Rams Named to Fall 2013 MASCAC All-Academic Team
Westfield, Mass. — A total of 634 student-athletes, including 48 from Framingham State University, have been honored by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference with selection to the league’s Fall 2013 All-Academic Team as announced earlier today by MASCAC Commissioner Angela Baumann.

Framingham, Mass. – Senior running back Melikke Van Alstyne and offensive coordinator Aynsley Rosenbaum are to be honored by the Gridiron Club of Greater Boston at the club’s annual Bob Whelan College Football Awards Night on Thursday, January 9th. Van Alstyne is the co-winner of the Joe Zabilski Award, while Rosenbaum will receive the Division II/III Assistant Coach of the Year Award.

Ithaca, N.Y. – The Framingham State University football team suffered a heartbreaking 20-17 loss this afternoon as Ithaca College scored the winning touchdown with 3:32 left in the fourth quarter in an opening round game of the 2013 NCAA Division III Football Championship.
