Worcester, Mass. – Sophomores Morghan Cassella (Lowell, Mass.) and Kimmy Foley (Mansfield, Mass.) scored four goals apiece but it was not enough as the fifth seeded Framingham State University women’s lacrosse team was eliminated from the 2016 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Championship Tournament with a 16-13 loss to fourth seed Worcester State University this afternoon.

Worcester, Mass. – The Worcester State University women’s lacrosse team picked up a 19-9 victory over the Framingham State Rams Saturday afternoon in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) play at John F. Coughlin Memorial Field. With the win, the Lancers advance to 5-7 and 2-1 in conference play, while the Rams dip to 7-5 and 2-1 in the MASCAC.
