Ulak Named MASCAC Softball Player of the Week

Framingham, MA - Freshman shortstop Christy Ulak was selected the Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) softball Player of the Week this morning.  This is Ulak's first Player of the Week award this season and the first of her career. 

Ulak, a Rehoboth native, batted .400 with a pair of doubles, a homerun, two runs scored and four RBI in a 4-2 week for the Rams.  She had seven hits in a doubleheader sweep at Salem State on Tuesday and finished the week with three hits and a pair of RBI in a split at conference leader Westfield State.  Ulak is leading the Rams this season hitting .373 with 38 hits, seven doubles and 16 RBI.
