Moran Selected MASCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Junior pitcher Ally Moran (Wilmington, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Softball Pitcher of the Week for the week ending March 19th.    

Moran earns her first pitcher of the week honor this season after going 2-2 in the circle with a 1.40 ERA and 18 strikeouts in a 4-4 week for the Rams.  Moran went seven innings allowing eight hits, four unearned runs with seven strikeouts in a 14-4 victory over Smith College.  She earned the victory over Carleton tossing 4.1 innings of relief allowing one earned run on four hits with a walk and four strikeouts.
