Moran Named MASCAC Pitcher of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Junior pitcher Ally Moran (Wilmington, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Softball Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 9th.      

Moran earns her second straight and third overall pitcher of the week honor after going 3-0 on the week with a 0.00 ERA. Moran struck out 13 on the week and allowed just five hits with two walks. Moran earned both victories in the doubleheader sweep of Bridgewater State. She went six and a third innings allowing just two hits with two walks and eight strikeouts. Earlier in the week she earned the complete game shutout victory over Emmanuel allowing just three hits with five strikeouts.
