Carpenter Selected MASCAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Framingham, MA – Senior guard Gwendolyn Carpenter (Ashley Falls, Mass.) has been selected the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending January 28th.     

Carpenter averaged 14 points, 10.5 assists and 8.5 rebounds per game while shooting 69.2% from the floor in a 2-0 week for the Rams. Carpenter registered a triple-double of 21 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds in the Rams 83-79 victory over Westfield State. Earlier in the week, she tallied seven points with nine assists in a victory over Fitchburg State.
