Women’s Track and Field Competes at Bridgewater State

Bridgewater, Mass. - The Framingham State University women's outdoor track and field team saw a solid day in the field events from Emma Foley as the Rams competed at the Bridgewater State Track and Field Invitational.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

• Foley finished first in the triple jump with a leap of 10.42m and finished second in the long jump at 4.75m. Foley also finished fifth in the 100m hurdles at 17.39 seconds. 

• Kate Buban won the 5000m run with a time of 18:42.88 and Abigail Flanagan finished fourth at 21:10. 

• Jamie Moniz had a strong day in the field events as she won the javelin with her toss of 34.03m. She also placed 4th in the high jump at 1.37m and fifth in the long jump at 4.57m. 

• Reagan Laprade finsihed second in the pole vault at 2.15m and fourth in the long jump at 4.57m. 

• Cali Leger finished fifth in the shot put with her toss of 10.11m, while Sarah Campbell finished second in the steeple chase and fourth in the 400m hurdles. 

• Natalie Grimaldo finished third in the 400m hurdles, while Ellen Child finished eight in the 100m dash at 14.06.
