Volleyball Sweeps Tri-Match with Norwich and Husson

Framingham, Mass. - The Framingham State University volleyball team picked up a pair of victories today defeating Norwich University and Husson University by scores of 3-0 in non-conference action at Logan Gymnasium.

FSU 3, Norwich 0 

• The Rams took the match by scores of 25-10, 25-8, 25-12. 

• Natalie Reynolds paced the Rams on the attack with nine kills, six aces and two digs, while Jaimee Lowe chipped in with seven kills, two aces and four digs. 

• Carly Beaulieu chipped in with seven digs, while Kristina Santiago-Alers added six digs and five aces. 

• Anneli DiVirgilio added six aces, while Stella Bailey finished the match with 18 assists and four digs. 

FSU 3, Husson 0 

• The Rams closed the day taking the match from Husson by scores of 25-20, 25-16 and 25-21. 

• Natalie Reynolds once again paced the Rams on the attack with a match-best 19 kills on 38 attempts with just two errors for a .447 attack percentage.  

• Jamie Moniz finished the match with seven kills and eight digs, while Sarah Medeiros and Jaimee Lowe chipped in with six kills apiece. 

• Stella Bailey finished the match with 24 set assists and eight digs, while Madysen Cedrone added 11 assists and eight digs. 

• Kristina Santiago-Alers led the back row effort with 21 defensive digs, while Anneli DiVirgilio finished the match with eight digs.
