Santiago-Alers Named MASCAC Volleyball Rookie of the Week

Framingham, Mass. - Freshman libero Kristina Santiago-Alers (Carolina, Puerto Rico) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week for the week ending September 28th. 

Santiago-Alers averaged 22 digs per match in a 2-0 week for the Rams including 24 digs and two in aces in the Rams five set victory over conference rival Worcester State. She closed the week with 20 digs in a four set victory over Salem State.
