Bridgewater, Mass. - The third seeded Framingham State University volleyball team saw their season end today as they were defeated 3-1 by top seed Bridgewater State this afternoon in the finals of the 2025 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Tournament at the Tinsley Center.

- Scores:  Bridgewater State 3, Framingham State 1 (25-7, 26-28, 25-15, 25-15) 

- Records:  Framingham State (18-13), Bridgewater State (17-4) 

- Location:   Tinsley Center – Bridgewater, Mass.  

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Bears took the opening set in convincing fashion by a score of 25-7, but the Rams came alive in the second holding off the Bears to take the frame 28-26. 

  • The Bears closed the victory out taking the final two sets by scores of 25-15 and by virtue of the win they receive the MASCAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
