48 Rams Named to Fall 2015 MASCAC All-Academic Team
Westfield, Mass. — A total of 674 student-athletes, including 48 from Framingham State University, have been honored by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) with selection to the league’s Fall 2015 All-Academic Team as announced earlier today by MASCAC Commissioner Angela Baumann.

Framingham, Mass.- The Framingham State University men’s soccer team fell in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Championship game on Saturday afternoon by a score of 3-2 to Bridgewater State. The Bears earn the conference’s automatic-qualifier into the NCAA Div. III men’s soccer championship. The Rams see their season close at 7-13 and MASCAC Tournament Runners-Up.

Cardeiro Shines on Senior Day; Men’s Soccer Clinch 1st Round Bye in MASCAC Tournament
Framingham, Mass.- Framingham State senior Cory Cardeiro (Fall River, Mass.) scored two goals and propelled the Rams to a 2-1 overtime victory over MCLA on senior day at Maple Street Field. With the win the Rams (6-12, 4-3 MASCAC) clinch the second seed in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) tournament and receive a first round bye.

Framingham, Mass.- The Framingham State men’s soccer team suffered a 1-0 setback vs. Clark University in non-conference action Tuesday evening in Framingham. The game was originally scheduled for Wednesday, October 28th but was moved to Tuesday in anticipation of poor weather in the greater Boston area on Wednesday.

Buzzards Bay, Mass. – Mass Maritime freshman William Taylor’s (Hanover, Mass.) goal in the 76th minute proved to be the game-winner and lifted the Buccaneers to a 2-1 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference men’s soccer victory over Framingham State Friday evening at Clean Harbors Stadium.
